Information you share

When you request work, we receive the name, email address, business name, website URL, project context, and timing you provide. We use these details to respond, assess fit, agree scope, and deliver requested services. Please leave out passwords, health information, payment card details, and other sensitive customer data.

Website activity

The website stores referral and campaign information in your browser’s session storage and may include it with a submitted inquiry. Hosting providers process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect the site.

When configured, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel measure visits and conversion events using cookies or similar technologies. These providers may process device, browser, page, and referral information under their own policies. You can control cookies and site storage in your browser, and send an inquiry by email if you prefer.

Service providers and payments

Providers supporting hosting, email, databases, automated internal review, and payments may process relevant information to support our work. These include Azure hosting, Gmail, Supabase where configured, and Stripe for payments. We may use AI tools to assist internal review and delivery; do not submit information you are not authorized to share.

Payment details are entered on Stripe’s hosted payment pages after scope is agreed. This website’s inquiry forms do not collect card details. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service.

Retention and your requests

We retain inquiry and service records as needed to handle the request, perform agreed work, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask about access, correction, or deletion, or ask us to stop marketing messages, by emailing Alex@hozyne.com. We may need to verify a request and retain records required for legal or accounting purposes.
