HoZyne is committed to delivery quality and implementation readiness, but does not promise specific revenue outcomes.
Refunds
- Pre-start: full refund minus processor fees.
- Post-kickoff / pre-first substantive deliverable: 50% refund.
- After first substantive deliverable: non-refundable.
Revisions and Scope
Productized packages include 2 in-scope revision rounds. Out-of-scope requests require add-ons, change order, or custom consulting engagement.
