Policies

Delivery policies for AI revenue systems work.

These policies clarify how HoZyne scopes audits, fixed implementations, revisions, refunds, and human-reviewed AI delivery before work begins.

Audit-first delivery

When scope is unclear, HoZyne starts with an AI Revenue Systems Audit before implementation. Fixed implementation paths are for buyers who can clearly name the workflow, tools, and handoff problem they want improved.

Guarantee model

HoZyne is accountable for practical delivery, documentation, and implementation readiness. We do not guarantee specific revenue, profit, lead volume, ranking, or conversion outcomes because those depend on traffic quality, offer, follow-up discipline, market conditions, and client operations.

Human-verified AI work

AI may support research, drafting, summarization, scoring, workflow design, QA, and internal operations. Client-facing recommendations, launch decisions, and operational handoffs remain subject to human review.

Revisions and scope

Fixed packages include two in-scope revision rounds unless a signed agreement says otherwise. New requirements, new systems, additional integrations, or major strategy changes are scoped separately before implementation.

Refunds

Before kickoff, refunds are available minus processor fees. After kickoff and before the first substantive deliverable, up to 50% may be refunded. After the first substantive deliverable, fees are non-refundable unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for timely access, accurate context, review of deliverables, compliance approval, and final business decisions before launch.
