HoZyne, Inc. provides technical website reviews, workflow improvements, documentation, and related software services within an agreed scope.
No professional advice
HoZyne is not a law firm, accounting firm, financial advisor, or regulated compliance provider. Website content and implementation recommendations are operational guidance, not legal, tax, financial, medical, or regulatory advice.
AI system limitations
AI-assisted workflows can make mistakes, miss context, or produce unsuitable drafts. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving client-facing messages, compliance requirements, data usage, and final launch decisions.
Outcome limitations
Examples, audits, proposals, and service descriptions are not promises of future performance. Results depend on lead quality, market demand, offer strength, implementation access, team adoption, and follow-up discipline.
Client data and access
Clients should only provide data and account access they are authorized to share. HoZyne uses client-provided access for the agreed workflow and expects clients to revoke or rotate access when work is complete if appropriate.
Agreement priority
If website copy conflicts with a signed master services agreement, statement of work, order form, or other written contract, the signed document controls.
